Production Support Manager

My role required me to be on a site between 2-3 months prior to showtime, to assist the production director manage stage design & build for all 7 stages.

Pre Showtime

- Assist production director with mapping out the grounds - stages, font and back of houses.

- Ensure that the production build needs are kept track of and met; this includes stage dimensions, layouts for structural stage builds & designers.

- Keep track of all production build needs throughout the design process of all stages

- Keep all talent AgreeMas updated and liaise with the Artist Relations department.

- Handle production staff contracts.

- Assist with the overseeing of all stage builds on site, including stage managers, tech team & artists.

- Handle meetings with stage designers and keep an ongoing communication flow with all parties involved

- Facilitate flow of information between Production, Onsite Ops & Stage Designers.

- Spellcheck & approve lineup & music related graphics before being released.

Showtime

- Ensure run of show is on schedule.

- Overlook stage managers throughout showtime & problem-solve when needed.

- Providing meals to all stage managers and on shift production staff during evening program.
