Summit Producer

My role entails leading and managing all Summit experiences, along with internal event teams regarding design, production, and flow, including organizing volunteers and subcontracted vendors, and overseeing the event development process from the initial proposal phase to onsite event execution.

- Creating a production schedule and run of show to ensure all event details are covered & handled in a timely manner.

- Managing logistics and operations of attendees and the event.

- Managing vendor and venue relationships pre, during and post event.

- Communicating with and supports all team leads; venue, f&b, transportation, speaker manager, music manager and facilitators.

- Managing programming run of show and event timeline throughout the Summit including set-up and teardown with the venue.
